Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Proviqa monitors publicly available Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Data Processing Agreements published by SaaS vendors. We detect changes, generate AI-powered summaries, and alert your team when updates occur.

Proviqa provides automated change monitoring and AI-generated summaries for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. Consult qualified legal counsel before making decisions based on these summaries.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate account information (email, company name)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must be 18 years or older to use the service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports without permission
• Interfere with the service’s operation or other users’ access
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal API usage

4. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

• Proviqa’s software, design, and branding are our intellectual property
• AI-generated summaries and reports delivered to you may be used freely within your organization
• Vendor agreement text monitored by the service remains the property of the respective vendors

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Proviqa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge our data practices as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Proviqa’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated summaries — always consult qualified legal counsel

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@proviqa.com
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.
